Shipping policy

Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled after submission. If your order has already shipped and you would like to request a return, please contact us after the package arrives. Once the item is returned to us, we can process a refund following our return policy.

Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected “Shipping Protection” at checkout, you are eligible for a replacement or refund if your package is lost or damaged during transit. If protection was not purchased, compensation for lost or damaged packages cannot be provided.

Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if incorrect shipping information was entered during checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order. If we make an error, we will fully take responsibility and replace the original order at no cost.

Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more shipments may be sent to you and that you may be charged customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping time varies by location. Below are our estimated delivery times:

Africa – 15–30 Business days 

20 business days .These estimates do not include our 2–3 business day processing time.
All shipping times may be affected by clearance or customs delays.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Some carriers may not update tracking information immediately.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”
Some shipping companies take 2–5 business days to update tracking information in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking update, please contact us.
